4L METHOD \u2013 The method for singing harmonics is a year-long program consisting of four sessions dedicated to discovering and developing overtone singing. Through a progressive learning process, participants begin by exploring vocal timbres and resonances, and eventually move on to constructing melodies using harmonics and shifting the fundamental frequencies.<\/p>\n
